About the Willmar Area Women's Fund

OUR MISSION

The WACF fuels organizations to improve the lives of women and children in Kandiyohi County by investing in community-driven solutions through fundraising, grants, initiatives, and partnerships. Guided by curiosity and care, we respond to emerging needs and strategically fill gaps to strengthen safety, stability, and opportunity.

OUR VISION

A thriving Kandiyohi County where women and children are safe, resilient, and empowered to lead healthy, fulfilling lives.

We’re curious: We ask the critical questions and can adjust funding.
We’re passionate: We know it’s our responsibility to care for our community. We’re nimble: The Women’s Fund can quickly fill the gaps that bubble to the surface in real-time to help fuel the work of partner organizations in our local communities.
